Beliefs

We proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ: that we human beings are more sinful and wicked than we ever dared to believe or admit, yet can be more loved and accepted than we ever dared to hope. This is because of Jesus Christ, who lived in our place a life acceptable to God and who died in our place the death we deserved.

We have living hope because we believe that we are rescued and saved by God’s grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, and God alone get’s all the Glory. We believe this based on the authority of God’s Word alone.

I love Jesus my King and I am thankful to Him for everything. His grace is so much greater than all my sin. I love and enjoy my wife and kids. They have shown me a lot of what it means to love.  Some other things I enjoy are hiking in the woods, hunting, fishing, listening to music, and playing soccer.  I am thankful to be a part of God’s story of redemption and bringing hope to this world.

Service Times

Worship at PCoP

Our Sunday morning worship times are listed below. We organize our worship with traditional aspects of worship and liturgy, walking us through the gospel of Jesus Christ every Sunday, including a Call to Worship, Confession of Sin, Assurance of Grace  and Hymns and Songs of Praise. We sing a mixture of a variety of traditional hymns and modern praise choruses accompanied by a piano and guitars most weeks and an organist once a month. On any given Sunday you will find folks dressed anywhere from a suit and tie to sweatpants and a T-Shirt, so come as you are, and join us praising and worshiping the King!
