Living Nativity Returns for 9th Year — Step Into the Story of Christ’s Birth

HICKORY, PA — November 12, 2025 — Hickory United EPC invites the community to experience The Living Nativity, an outdoor, live Nativity re-enactment that brings the miraculous story of Christ’s birth to life. Now in its ninth year, this beloved community tradition returns on December 6 and 7, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Hickory United EPC, 210 Main St., Hickory, PA.

Each stop along the walk-through journey tells a part of the larger Christmas story, transporting guests back to Ancient Biblical times through immersive scenes, live actors, animals, and beautifully decorated sets. Visitors are invited to enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, provided free to all attendees. After completing the outdoor experience, guests are welcomed indoors to continue the celebration with music, food, children’s crafts and games, and a festive family photo area inside the church gymnasium.

Admission is free and open to all. Walk-through tours begin in group waves every ten minutes—guests may arrive anytime during event hours.

Please note: This is an outdoor event; attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.
