Kenny Woods

Kenny Woods was not named for the local amusement park, but it is kind of amusing that his parents named him that and never thought it would be an issue.

Raised on a farm in rural Allegheny County, PA, Kenny would lay in bed at night with a small transistor radio tucked under his pillow, pulling in distant AM stations from around the country and dreaming of the day he'd get to play the hits for his listeners. Then, that actually happened! He's been blessed to be able to work in radio stations in Pittsburgh and nearby areas his entire career.

Kenny is married with one daughter (and son-in-law) and two grandsons. Instead of pets, he spends his spare time chasing the wild game out of his back yard, including deer, coyotes, squirrels, raccoons and groundhogs.
