About Ron Moore
Ron Moore was born and raised in Perry, Oklahoma – also the place where he and his wife, Lori, met and married in 1980. Ron and Lori have four children: Brittany and her husband, Josiah; Garrison and his wife, Sarah; Lara and her husband, DJ; and Mackenzie, currently attending Liberty University. They also have four grandchildren.
For the past 25 years, Ron has served as Senior Pastor at The Bible Chapel. He earned a Master of Theology (Th.M.) and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, where his doctoral work focused on marriage enrichment. He also holds a master’s degree in education from Texas A&M at Commerce.
Ron has written several books including Journey through the Bible, Journey through the Psalms, Journey through the Gospels, Worn Out by Obedience, and Ignite.
