About Ken Barner
Pastor Ken Barner is no stranger to Pittsburgh PA. Growing up in Dormont, he began a journey of faith in Jesus as he took his first step on a bus that took him to church every Sunday at Crossroads Ministries. He heard that they were giving free donuts on the bus, and the rest is history! He came to know the Lord as his personal Savior at the age of 7, and the Lord and the church kept working with him, developing him into a follower of Jesus.
In 1990, after attending Word of Life Bible Institute as well as Liberty University, Ken became the Youth Pastor at Crossroads Ministries. He served faithfully for 17 years bringing teen to Jesus and making disciples. Hundreds of lives were impacted for Christ!
Today, Pastor Ken is the Senior Pastor at Crossroads Ministries. He followed Pastor John Arnold who served faithfully as pastor for 47 years. Crossroads is a vibrant community of believers growing in Jesus and reaching the world for Jesus. Pastor Ken, and his wife Rhonda, live in Finleyville and have two daughters and two sons-in-law. Pastor Ken and Rhonda are thankful to serve the church today and for a lifetime!
