The video begins with the teacher sitting at her desk when a voice over the loudspeaker informs the teacher of a very important development.

"Ms. Delgado, your mom is here to pick you up," the voice says. "You're leaving early today."

After being informed that she is ducking out of school early, the teacher doesn't give it a second thought. She quickly packs up her belongings and starts heading for the door. The teacher doesn't want to keep her mother waiting.

However, there is just one big problem. Who is going to stay and teach that class of third graders? Based on the students' reactions and questions, they are equally baffled by the latest developments.

Before she leaves, she has one request for the students: Don't tell the school principal about her leaving early. With that, the teacher walks out, leaving the students completely confused and concerned.

A clip posted on social media perfectly captures the honesty of a child, and it’s pretty hilarious. The short video begins with a cute little girl chowing down on a piece of meat. The child’s father then asks the youngster if he can tell her a joke. She then selects the joke for her father to tell her, which she finds absolutely hysterical.

Seconds later, the little girl’s mother chimes in with another joke. She says, “Daddy’s nose is Play-Doh!” This also gets a big laugh from the little one. The child returns the favor and says, “Mommy’s nose is Play-Doh!”

But the little girl wasn’t finished. She then had a joke for her father, which involved her unexpected and hilarious take on her father’s teeth.

While pointing at her father, the child says, “Your teeth is yellow!”

This unexpected comment from their child was too much for Mom and Dad. Both burst into laughter, causing the camera to fall to the floor.

A brother and sister are seen seated at their kitchen table eating breakfast. The boy replies that if his sister goes to his class, she will “have to stand at the TV and say the pledges, there’s a man on there, he’ll tell you what’s for lunch, and you’ll have to pray.” He comically tells her that the man will tell her stuff she doesn’t need to listen to because it’s for the big kids. It is precious. He tells his sister that when she turns five like him, she will be in 4K. The little girl excitedly agrees.

He tells his sister there are no swings at the 4K playground because it’s the big kid's playground. The little girl looks dissatisfied and confused. They finish their conversation by saying that his sister will go to his school one day when she grows up, but not now. It is hilarious listening to these two young siblings talk as if they are grown-ups. The 5-year-old Jack describes himself as a big kid. 

Hearing Jack’s sweet point of view makes us laugh. He takes his school very seriously and feels proud to be a part of the 4k. He is so complimentary of the morning routine and the playground. He gives his sister something to look forward to as she “grows up” and becomes a 5-year-old one day. As believers in Jesus, we are His precious children. Sometimes, we might feel more grown up than we are, like this little boy, but the Lord sees us and smiles as He loves us and is helping us mature in Him each day.

“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.” John 1:12-13

Two parents could not stop laughing at the hilarious comment one of them heard their child making about an unfortunate side effect of giving birth.

Being a parent is one of the biggest and best blessings in life. Those little ones add so much happiness and love to one’s life. Everyone loves adding a new bundle of joy to the family and then watching that child grow up and experience life.

In addition to all the love, joy and happiness that comes with a child, they usually are good at providing an enormous laugh or two now and then. Children are learning and experiencing a brand-new world, so mistakes and errors are bound to be made as they grow. Some of those mistakes will be hilarious, as all parents know and understand. 

Miscommunication can sometimes occur between parents and children. In a clip posted on social media, that is precisely what happened when a child was overheard telling her younger sibling about what happens during childbirth.

In the short clip, Mom and Dad are eating cake when the wife raises an interesting and very odd question.

“Why did I overhear Riley telling Mason that I was foaming at the mouth when I was having Bailey?” the woman asks her husband.

Who doesn’t enjoy listening to a sweet and pleasant sound? However, what someone classifies as good music and a “sweet and pleasant sound” will vary from person to person.

Regardless of your favorite band, musician, genre or style, music adds so much to life. It can impact our moods, help us exercise and even enhance our movie and television shows. Of course, if you’ve ever turned on a television or visited a theater, you’re more than familiar with sound effects.

In a short but hysterical clip posted on social media, one young man followed his mother around and put sound effects to her daily life and activities. Whatever his mom happened to be doing, he played a tune on his trombone that perfectly fit her activity.

The minute-long video begins with his mom in her wheelchair backing out of a van, and he plays the beeping sound that we’re all familiar with. However, the best part of that segment is, without a doubt, the stern look she shoots at him. It is best described as the “mom look,” an expression that we’ve all unfortunately received at one time or another.

The young man persists despite her telling him to discontinue his hilarity and cease with the antics. He follows her around while she’s sweeping and even while she’s cutting up an onion. The song he plays when she’s dicing the onion is absolutely perfect, instantly recognizable and sure to make you laugh!

Human beings can and do communicate a lot without even uttering a word. Our bodies naturally communicate messages to others. By looking at someone and watching them briefly, we can surmise whether that individual is happy, scared, confident or nervous. They express these messages in their walk, facial expressions and interactions with others.

Another way human beings communicate without uttering a word is through their clothes. How someone dresses tells other people about themselves. Rightly or wrongly, everyone looks at how someone is dressed and makes snap, instant judgments about them.

So, what is a child trying to communicate when they dress themselves in Pringles cans? Because that’s precisely what one young woman did in a short but hysterical clip posted on social media. 

The video begins with the young woman standing near a television. Everything she’s wearing looks normal until you notice her selection of footwear. On her left foot, she is sporting a red Pringles can, while on the right, she is wearing a green-colored chip container.

In the first few seconds of the video, it’s easy to see that the young lady cannot actually walk in her new, hilarious pair of shoes. She is steadying herself on a nearby chair.

A woman behind the camera, likely her mother, immediately notices the toddler’s odd shoes and laughs at the crazy sight.

When this young man hilariously details the long day ahead of him, it is absolutely adorable! Either this boy has a very old soul, or he has parents who are teaching him a sound work ethic. It may very well be both!

Check out this exchange between Jude and Mom Amber Tinker. Jude’s already attended summer school, but he’s got tasks to do around the homeplace. He lives in Missouri, which is nicknamed “The Show-Me State.” 

Mom asks if he’s got a lot of work to do. With his hands on his hips, Jude says he does and proceeds to list the chores that weigh him down. He’s got to water the grass, pick “stuff” up, pick up sticks. He’s got to pick up “all kinds of stuff.”

When asked about the eggs and the chickens, Jude says he’s got work to do with those as well. He’s going to feed the chickens and check the eggs. While he’s at it, he’ll check the mail, too. He gives a heavy sigh, and his lips quiver as he exhales a big, exhausted breath. Fortunately, Mom has already checked the mail. That’s one thing off his plate!

Of course, he asked if anything had come in the mail. Amber is deadly serious as she tells Jude that they did get a few items. Bills were among the stack. At that, Jude sighs again. The country boy’s got to get at it. Doggonit, those bills don’t pay themselves, and the grass doesn’t water itself.  

Jude says he’ll be in about 1:00. It’s 5:40 p.m. That will make for a long evening and a short sleep! Anyway, he’s got to hurry—the grass and the sticks await. His laid-back momma says okay and tells him she loves him. He returns the sentiment, says bye, and takes off. He’s a man on a mission! 

On her Instagram account, Amber calls Jude her “wild child,” and this isn’t the first time Jude’s super funny personality has been captured on video. Back in September 2023, a long-haired, younger Jude explained to Dad Justin that he was just plain cranky and tired. It is a hoot! 

When Good Morning America spoke with Amber about her comical kid, she said, “He's just so unpredictable. You just never know what's going to come out of his mouth. He's hilarious without meaning to be. Sometimes, he likes to play jokes, but ... the funniest is whenever he is so serious because he just sounds like a little grown-up at times.”

Craig, Savannah, and Hoda give viewers a laugh when they share a sleeping toddler’s reaction to losing her ice cream. This little cutie is serious about her dairy!

Hoda’s Morning Boost segment delivers a daily feel-good story to folks all across the country, but the tiny subject of this particular story seems to be feeling a little tired. 

She’s a precious, pig-tailed princess in pink. She was probably raring to go a few hours earlier. She likely had a clean face and hands that weren’t very sticky. However, it appears to be nap time, and this little lady needs rest. Unfortunately, like a lot of littles, she isn’t going down without a fight! 

As the clip begins, the toddler appears to have dropped off to sleep. But, suddenly, she rouses and realizes she’s not quite done with the cone that she’d clearly been working on beforehand. The adult in charge hands over the chocolate ice cream cone, and just as Little Miss brings it to her mouth for a taste, her head drops sideways. She’s out again!

For the terminally tidy or obsessively clean, this video may create anxiety. After all, the child is covered in chocolate. It’s a mocha meltdown! The summer-time treat has cascaded down the cone, onto her chubby fingers, all over her front, and onto the stroller’s black straps. That’s going to require some major stain remover and upholstery cleaner!

Just as the messy, albeit sweet, baby seems to submit to sleep once again, and her hand slides down, still holding the cone, a grown-up gently takes the cone from her. Gently though it may have been, the toddler feels the void in her sticky paw and wakes. 

The exhausted toddler cries out because she’s not ready to give up her cold, creamy treat. When the cone is returned to her, she takes a lick and lays her precious head back. 

Bless you, sweet baby! Ice cream is good stuff. Soon enough, you will realize that sleep is even better!

Everyone needs to feel supported, comforted and secure regardless of age or stage in life. Having that necessary support is a must in order to function correctly in society. Someone who does not have those support systems or an individual to trust and lean upon in times of crisis is in for a world of hurt.

Children especially need a safe, secure and calm environment. Not having a place where they feel safe and emotionally supported will often end disastrously, resulting in an adult having emotional and psychological problems.

Because of this need for support and security, children often become attached to items such as pillows or stuffed animals. Some may latch onto blankets or a favorite toy, lugging them around wherever they go.

However, as one clip posted on YouTube shows, not all children select blankets, pillows and toys to provide them comfort and emotional support. Sometimes, at least in one specific case, a child has built up a connection with an odd item: brooms.

The short video shows a mother holding her child. But as she holds the little boy, the child has items in both hands. The child is clutching onto brooms.

The text posted by the mother in the video makes it clear that she understands that her child’s attachment to brooms is a bit peculiar.

Very few people will eat anything and everything placed in front of them, with little to no questions asked. For the most part, people can be extremely particular when it comes to food. Some individuals must have the food meet specific requirements and standards before they put it in their mouths.

Regardless of how picky an eater someone is, we all have certain foods we love and others we will avoid like the plague. But eating is a system of trial and error. We don’t know what we like and don’t like until we try it, right?

Babies are experiencing and exploring a whole new world. They learn daily by taking in new sights, sounds, sensations and tastes. Sometimes, these new encounters can make for some pretty hilarious situations, like a child tasting food they find utterly revolting.

Everyone on Earth experiences aging. We all get a little older with every passing day, hour, and second. There is absolutely nothing that we can do to stop that natural process. No one has devised a way to pause or rewind time yet. Also, something tells me that any and all attempts to do so will be a failure.

So, since aging is something that we all do, shouldn’t we embrace it? Instead of worrying and agonizing about the number of candles on your birthday cake, we could even start having fun with it. That’s precisely what a grandmother and her grandson did in a hilarious video posted on social media.

In the short clip, a young man wearing a pair of sunglasses plays a keyboard as he sings about his grandmother no longer requiring the assistance of a walker. As he sings, his grandmother demonstrates that the lyrics of the catchy tune are 100% true.

Some people enjoy being the center of attention. They like all the eyeballs on them, watching and absorbing their every move. How else do you explain the crazy number of people who want to be singers, actors and social media content creators? 

Shows like American Idol, America’s Got Talent and The Voice are filled with people who enjoy the attention and are actively seeking it out, hoping to secure a job in the entertainment field that provides it to them. However, other individuals would rather not have the spotlight shined on them. Some may do everything they can to avoid being the center of attention. 

A short but hilarious clip features a young man not keen on people looking at him. He either wants nothing to do with the spotlight or does not like their singing ability. 

The 14-second video posted on TikTok shows the little guy sitting in a highchair with two individuals, likely his mother and father, standing on either side of him. Both people look adoringly at the child as a chorus of people off-camera sing “Happy Birthday” to him.

However, the child doesn’t make it through the entire performance. Seconds into the a cappella rendition of the popular birthday song, the little tyke lays his head down, face-first on the tray in front of him. 

Following the child’s hilarious and unexpected move, the birthday guests and parents laughed a lot. Despite the child’s move, the singers continue with their performance, powering through even though it appears that the guest of honor may not have appreciated it. 

They say everybody is a critic, and it appears that the child in the video is already one. He does not seem to be a fan of the singing birthday guests. Or, again, maybe he simply doesn’t want people making a big deal about him.

The legendary Carol Burnett shared a hysterical and side-splitting story involving her and her children during dinner.

God touches and impacts our lives in various ways, constantly showing us how much He loves us. However, one of the most significant and most apparent ways He does this is by bringing children into our lives. Being a parent is one of life’s biggest blessings. There is nothing like bringing a little bundle of joy into your home.

Children add so much joy, happiness and love to life. It is fascinating to watch them grow, learn and explore the world around them. Because they are so young and still learning, children have a unique perspective and an often hilarious way of seeing and saying things.

During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Carol shared a laugh-out-loud story about dining out with her family when her children were little. As Carol recalls, the situation began because her youngest child, who was five at the time, didn’t want an entrée and wanted to skip to the dessert portion of dinner.

Carol disagreed with that plan. So, like every other parent in that position, she told her daughter, “You have to have your dinner, and then you get dessert.” 

That little lady wasn’t a fan of her mother’s declaration about having to wait for the dessert portion. Carol states that the young woman responded by saying she would not eat anything. 

A little while later, Carol caught her youngest daughter looking at her during dinner. She said she knew she wanted to make up and apologize for her earlier behavior. The five-year-old eventually did, but did so in the funniest way possible.

Eventually, the five-year-old turned to her father and said she loved him and “your wife.”

The five-year-old may have gotten some of her mother’s comedic timing and skill.

As they grow, all children will move around and explore their environment. They will reach for and grab anything and everything, regardless of the item or object. It’s all a part of the learning experience for children. 

But a child’s constant activity and loud noises can become tiring. No matter how much they love their child, every parent needs time to regroup, decompress and relax. Parents aren’t the only ones who need time away from toddlers. 

One feline had enough of a child walking around and didn’t want to attract the young man’s attention. The cat devised an ingenious and absolutely hilarious way of going undetected. 

A clip posted on social media shows the child making sounds with its mouth as it walks about a structure, holding onto the railing as it does so. The structure is a bed of some sort. Sitting on the bed is a gray cat closely monitoring the child’s every move. 

Slowly, the child approaches the cat and comes within inches of contact with the animal. Clearly, the cat wants nothing to do with the child, but what is the cat to do? The child sees the feline, right?

Well, maybe not.

The cat becomes statue-like and does not move a muscle. The animal doesn’t even move its eyes but keeps looking straight ahead until the child passes. 

Once the child has passed the cat, the feline then turns its head, making sure that the child has indeed passed on by. It appears that the cat avoided having an interaction with the toddler.

As anyone with a sibling knows and understands, sometimes there are disagreements. That is especially true when those siblings are children and grow up living near one another. It’s easy to get on someone’s nerves when you’re around them all the time and pick up on all their flaws, which can turn into massive annoyances. 

But at the end of the day, there is nothing but love between those siblings, right? If something happens, often the sibling is the person to offer help, assistance and love. Those with brothers or sisters know sibling bonds are special and will last your entire life.

However, the toddler is not the one who will be meeting her needs. The camera moves back to the toddler, who takes two steps away from the crying infant. Undergoing a change or updating a trusted, tried and true routine is never easy. People are creatures of habit and rely on the familiar. Whenever that becomes disrupted, people can become upset, frazzled and left searching for answers. 

But a little change every now and then isn’t such a bad thing, right? For instance, updating your wardrobe or trying a new dish at your favorite restaurant isn’t likely to throw your entire world out of whack. However, one little girl’s seemingly insignificant change has received a lot of attention.

In a video posted on YouTube, Evelyn Mae’s grandmother, who is a hairdresser, decided to change up her granddaughter’s hairdo. She gave the youngster a bouffant. After her new hairstyle, a video of Evelyn rocking her new hairstyle was posted on TikTok. 

“I just blew it out and teased it, and then this is the finished product,” Evelyn’s grandmother said. 

The short, 18-second TikTok clip shows the child sporting her new hairdo as she moves about to the iconic theme song from The Golden Girls. The selection of music is very fitting as little Evelyn resembles those four beloved characters in both hair and even clothes to an extent.

Now, the only question remains: who does the child most closely resemble? Most people are likely to say that Evelyn is almost a dead ringer for Betty White’s Rose Nylund character. However, I think anyone could make a valid argument for any of the other three characters – Dorothy, Sophia and Blanche. 

Who knows, perhaps there are three other youngsters out there with similar hairstyles and looks who will all get an apartment together in southern Florida and provide us with plenty of laughs for years to come. Why not? They’ve rebooted or reinvented every other sitcom from the 80s and 90s.

One couple had a painting session, and things soon took a comical direction, ending with unexpected results.

Date night is necessary for all couples, especially those who have been together for a while. It’s important to get out and partake in an activity together without the kids, at least for a couple of hours each time. 

Those activities or outings could be anything and everything. Some people may enjoy hiking, rock climbing or maybe even skydiving together. Others may prefer dinner and a movie. The activity doesn’t really matter as long as the couple is doing it together, reconnecting and enjoying each other’s company. 

A clip posted on YouTube shows that one couple decided to get creative, adding paint, paint brushes and canvases. For their date night, they painted one another. Of course, in theory, this sounds like a fun, brand-new activity to do with relatively little effort. However, it didn’t exactly turn out as the couple thought.

The short, 2-minute video is shot from the wife’s point of view. Viewers immediately see her work of art. It’s a picture she’s painted of her husband. It’s not going to give Picasso, Rembrandt or Monet a run for their money, but it’s still a more than adequate piece of art. 

The wife has some natural talent when it comes to putting paint on canvas. Nevertheless, her husband is still pretty critical of her work, suggesting places where she could improve. He says, with a laugh, she made him look “a little elf-ish.”

Then, it’s time for the husband to reveal his work, which is supposed to be of his wife. When the big moment arrives, neither of them can keep it together.

The best way to describe the husband’s painting is that he tried. You never want to be critical of someone, but it’s clear his wife’s painting was much better.

Again, it’s not about the results (thankfully) but that both enjoyed one another’s company and shared tons of laughs viewing and critiquing their masterpieces.

One father really got into character while playing with his daughter and delivered some hilarious one-liners and responses to his child.

Children are only little and entirely dependent on Mom and Dad for a limited time. Blink, and you’re likely to miss a special moment or memory. Childhood is a phase in a child’s life that goes by way too fast, especially for the mother and father. 

Sure, children may be tiring and can get on your last nerve. But most parents would likely give anything to go back to when their children were little and still living at home. That’s why taking every opportunity to engage and be with your children is so important. Once that time is gone, it’s gone, and it’s never coming back, sadly. 

One dad made the most of the opportunity when he got to play restaurant with his daughter. His little girl was a customer at a restaurant in which she had to walk up to order her meal. The youngster’s father was the individual working at the fast-food joint. 

The father got so into the role that he even donned a towel on his head, wore a makeshift microphone and sported fake nails. What happened next was hilarious as the father demonstrated excellent comedic timing and a lightning-fast wit. 

The short but hysterical clip starts with the little kid approaching the window seeking to obtain a burger. Her father abruptly responds that they are sold out of burgers and shuts the window in her face. 

However, the little girl is determined to get something to eat. She then asks her father for ice cream.

“Ice cream broke as my ex,” the dad tells the little girl.

The child must be terribly hungry because then she attempts to secure breakfast. But that doesn’t go well either. Her father informs her that they are fresh out of eggs and cheese and that breakfast is over in a matter of minutes.

This is a moment and a clip that both will remember and look fondly back upon for years.

Actress Catherine O’Hara, who played Kevin’s mother in the “Home Alone” films, revealed the hilarious parenting critique she received from an unlikely source.

All families have holiday traditions they partake in every Christmas season. Some enjoy decorating the tree together. Others may wrap presents or make a special dish or sugary treat together. But no matter what families do, all have movies they must watch every single year. If that doesn’t happen, can it be considered the Christmas season?

Now, likely a popular choice for those annual Christmastime viewings are the “Home Alone” films. As most people know, those films are about a young boy mistakenly left alone by his family and must defend himself against a pair of bumbling, dimwitted criminals. 

In a clip posted on TikTok, Catherine mentioned that she had a hysterical encounter with an 8-year-old in a shopping mall who gave her a dressing down about her lack of parenting skills in those films.

‘”Are you Kevin’s mom?’” Catherine recalls the child asking. “I said, ‘Well yeah, I played Kevin’s mom in a movie, yes.’”

But the fact that Catherine’s parenting or lack of Kevin took place in a movie and wasn’t real still didn’t sit well with this child.

 

“’Why did you leave him?’” the child asked her. ‘”Sorry, it was in the script,” Catherine responded to her child interrogator. “So, you left him twice.’ ‘I know, I’m sorry.”’

As Catherine points out, the youngster then accused her of abandoning her child. 

This is a hilarious example that shows that movies mean different things to different people. 

Some people watch the “Home Alone” films and see a hilarious comedy about a child using creative and inventive ways to protect himself while putting a couple of criminals through the wringer. Others watch it and see a sorry excuse of a mother who continually leaves her child behind during Christmas.
