He even had earthly parents whom he had to submit to and listen to as a child.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one woman shows how the process of Mary attempting to give Jesus a bath as a child might have gone. Yes, Jesus, being a human, would have needed to bathe just like you and me. However, He was also God’s Son, so that probably complicated things just a tad.

I have no doubt that being a pastor would be an incredibly difficult job. Yes, this is a very important position, but it comes with many responsibilities and obligations. However, not everyone’s journey to becoming a parent is the same. Some couples are extremely fertile and have no issue getting pregnant, while others struggle for years with infertility. Others may choose to delay parenthood, for whatever reason, until later in life. Of course, the point is that no couple’s journey to and experience of becoming a mother and a father are exactly the same.

“I posted a picture of my daughter,” she said. “Same day, my friend posted a picture of her grandson. People received this information differently. With her, they’re like, ‘You’re a grandma? No way.’ And with me, they’re like, ‘You just had your first kid? No way. Why?’”

Visiting your local theater is, for the most part, a great way to spend a couple of hours. “When did movie theaters start having priority lines?” he asked. “We went to AMC, and they’re like, ‘Are you an AMC Stubs member?’ I’m like, ‘You guys are almost out of business. No, alright? No. Guess what? I never signed up for Spirit either.’”

Raising a child is a monumental and often overwhelming undertaking. It’s a task that will cause you to stretch and grow and will very likely push you to the edge of your sanity. In life, we often do things we do not, for one reason or another, want to do. That’s simply part of being a human, or more specifically, an adult. Everyone has obligations and responsibilities, but both of those seem to multiply considerably when you reach adulthood and even more so when you become a parent.

As everyone knows, that long list of obligations and responsibilities includes regular doctor visits. Despite how nice, friendly or personable your doctor and the nurses are, that is never an appointment you look forward to with glee and unbridled joy. Instead, it’s something that is dreaded. That feeling is amped up considerably when the upcoming appointment is a dental visit.

No one – absolutely no one – enjoys going to the dentist. Who wants to be poked, prodded and given shots in their mouth? Not only that, but then you have to shell out a pretty penny for the entire painful experience.
