The Vision of Perseverance (Sermon Jam)

This video jam titled "The Vision of Perseverance" comes from a sermon preached by Dr. Vincent G. Artese titled "Because You Did Keep the Word of My Patience".

If there was ever a time for the Church to do this it is now. To continue to persevere in spite of suffering, some will not persevere and be lost. Christians must go on to maturity and sanctification! The road is long and it takes time. Revelation and vision are important to complete the journey. Even the strongest Christians can become discouraged at times, but we must not become anxious or bitter when things do not change right away. Sometimes we think God has forgotten about us, but wait in expectant faith. Wait on His help and trust in Him. We must turn to the Lord first when we need help and we must hold on to the vision that God has given us. God gives us all we need to endure! We must take God’s way; Christ did this and was made perfect through sufferings. We are saved by grace, but we must endure suffering, we cannot take a shortcut, we must learn obedience through perseverance. When one trusts in Christ by faith they receive the Holy Spirit and each one who perseveres will receive the Crown of Life. This takes patience, which is produced through faith. Those who overcome are those who wait faithfully and patiently upon God, receive the nature of Christ, and keep His commands.

5 Encouraging Bible Verses To Get You Through Today

Feel the love and comfort from the Lord with these 5 encourage Bible verses. When you need encouragement, there is no better place to go than to God's Word. This is where we can find all the answers to our struggles. Our world is experiencing unprecedented times of fear and turmoil. As we all learn to adapt to the constant changes, it can cause a lot of worry and anxiety. That is why we should always remember to hand our troubles over to God and He will lead the way. The words of our Lord tell us to trust in Him. John 16:33 ““I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” God is always in control, even when we may not understand the process. He reigns over each and every one of us and shows us the power of love and grace. These days can seem long and hard, but the Lord reminds us that better days are ahead. And one day, we will all be reunited with our Maker in Heaven. Let us use these beautiful words from The Bible to spread His message of peace to the rest of the world. Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Francesca Battistelli (w/All Sons & Daughters) - Tonight

This is a song co-written by the duo All Sons & Daughters (David Leonard and Leslie Jordan) along with Francesca Battistelli. This rendition, from Francesca's album "If We're Honest", is led by Francesca, and she decided to use a lullaby style for the song, so I chose to use pictures of babies and children in my video. Very sweet.

La Bella Couture

I am from Dallas TX and when I was 6 months pregnant with my first born we were transferred to Seattle. Crazy thing is I was praying about God moving us and within 3 days, my husband came home with the news. I should of been more specific with God about the location, ha! With that I started my own business that fit my needs with traveling back 'home' every other month.
Please take a minute to watch, it sums up my mission and purpose.

With Jesus, We Are Not Broke

All Sons & Daughters - Reason To Sing

I just discovered the duo All Sons & Daughters. I had heard them sing before but I didn't know it, since they sang on the song "Tonight" from Francesca Battistelli's album "If We're Honest" (they co-wrote the song.) The duo is composed of David Leonard and Leslie Jordan. This is a song that was originally on their album "Season One", but the version I used for the video is from their "Live" album. The song is a little bit moody, but most people can identify, since there are times when we might feel that God's not there. But inside we know that He will never leave us; if we don't feel His presence it's only because we have strayed away from Him.

The song was written by David and Leslie with help from Alli Rogers.
