Lenny LeBlanc/Morris Family - Lord Your Have My Heart/As We Seek medley

The Dave Bilbrough song "As We Seek" is not heard often enough; maybe because it's very short. And when it is heard, it's usually heard as a medley with "Jesus Draw Me Close". It does make a nice medley song. So I made a medley to go with Martin Smith's song "Lord You Have My Heart". I thought they fit together well musically, and also the lyrics sort of fit: "Lord you have my heart, and I will search for Yours...As we seek..."

Rachel Wilson does the wonderful duet part.

Randy Rothwell/Maranatha - Sanctuary/Micah 6:8

This is a nice medley of two short classic choruses, "Sanctuary" and "Micah 6:8". I thought they fit together well sonically, although perhaps not lyrically. So I made this little medley video.

Testimony of Poverty and Overcoming

I lived all of my childhood hovering, somewhere between, at and below the poverty line. When my grandmother would ask me to help her in the garden, on our small farm in Southern Alabama, I thought she just wanted to spend quality time with me. I never knew, it was for our survival.

Point Of Grace - A Life That's Good

From their new album "Directions Home". I like the melody and the background music, but for some reason the lyrics sort ot bother me. When I pray at the end of the day (or any other time), I don't usually pray for myself, and ask for God to make my life "good". God has already promised to make my life "good" in Jeremiah 29:11, if I trust in Him. On the other hand, He has also promised that my life will be troubled: see John 16:33. But, I understand the sentiments of the song; I think it's about asking for guidance to live a life that is pleasing to Him, not about asking for a bed of roses.
