Baby Was Miraculously Found Alive ... in a Morgue

It's is so amazing what the Lord can tell us...but only if we are listening. The mother of a premature baby girl begged to see her baby just one more time after she was pronounced dead. After the father pried open the little casket, to their astonishment life was pulsating through her tiny body. They so fittingly named her Luz Milagro meaning light and miracles.

Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ (Video Jam)

This video jam titled "Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ" comes from a sermon preached by Dr. Vincent G. Artese titled "Deceit of the Heart".

This sermon jam focuses on how although every born again believer is released from the penalty of sin but are on probation. All Christians must abide in Christ through obedience and faith. Christ must dwell within and the Christian must be dead to self and alive in Christ. Their old life buried in Him. The Christian must walk in faith in Christ. The Christian must not continue in sin! It is impossible! True Christians have been baptized into the death of Jesus Christ and walk in newness of life in Christ. This is the narrow way to heaven. Those living in sin cannot be saved, they must live in obedience to God. All Christians must take their covenant with God seriously. All who have not must repent and comply with the conditions of the Gospel and the only way to stay in Christ is to walk by faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Put on the New Man (Video Jam)

This video jam titled "Put on the New Man" comes from a sermon preached by Dr. Vincent G. Artese titled "Put on the New Man Which was Created According to God".

It takes more than mere interest in the things of God to be saved. One must experience regeneration through the power of the Holy Spirit! This is the assurance that gives us hope. Feelings are only a part of our emotions. Christianity never goes backward into darkness and ignorance to the commands of God! Christians do not live in sin but instead go on being filled with the Holy Spirit cleansed in the Word of Christ loving God with all their heart. Christ has come to open our eyes and turn us from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God! To receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those by faith in Christ. You cannot meet Christ and go back under the power of Satan. Instead one lives by faith in Jesus Christ. The new man in created in the image of God. One must be filled and transformed by the power of Christ living in us. The glory God gives His disciples is completeness, holiness, and influence upon will thought and feeling. A Christian is a new person full of holiness and knowledge! Called to holiness! Those who reject this reject God! God sent His Son to deliver us from darkness and into light, the nature of God. Christians are not under the power of Satan. Have you put off your former conduct? Have you put on the new man?

Two Kingdoms (Video Jam)

This video jam titled "Two Kingdoms" comes from a sermon preached by Dr. Vincent G. Artese titled "Why Do The Nations Rage?".

The testimony of the Church in this late hour is discouraged and disappointed. Many are becoming discouraged. Many hide behind religion but are actually are at war against God. Many hold God in contempt and claim a right for themselves. This is modern America. People want to be in control of their own destiny and stand against all laws based on God's Law. All who worship idols are drawn away from God and Satan and his servants refuse to come under the authority of God. The whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. Many find satisfaction under the power of Satan, he is the god of this world. All sin and destruction is done by him! All sorrow, sin, violence, and bloodshed are done by him. All that is wicked and evil in this world is the ideas of Satan! He has tormented the world in every age but behind what we can see there is another Empire. This one God rules over. The Church of God has a High Priest and they draw near Him by faith through the blood of Christ. The Church has hope and do not waiver and know that God is faithful! The Church will be victorious through it all!

Pure Devotion (Video Jam)

This video jam titled "Pure Devotion" comes from a sermon preached by Dr. Vincent G. Artese titled "In Him Was Life".

A trap believers fall in today is to set up their own grounds for devotion. Believers cannot trust their own hearts! Only through repentance and godly sorrow can we be ready for a new heart and a new spirit. A life devoted to getting to God on our own will soon crumble and the mind will become darkened. We cannot make up our own terms of devotion. We are to be devoted to the will and cause of God. We are servants of God called to passionate devotion to God. What is our place of devotion? What or who are we devoted to? Do we practice inner worship? Do we walk in true knowledge of God? Do we have true knowledge of grace and forgiveness? Do we have assurance? Knowledge of God is all by faith. True devotion is not rules, laws, and customs, it is out of love, joy, and contentment through faith! Faith is living in reassuring trust not in empty words! Our works do not matter, only when one is born again are we able to put on the new man in true righteousness and holiness. We must present ourselves to God as living sacrifices. Where is your place of devotion?

Molder Of Romantic Dreams

Long before a teenage girl finds her first real boyfriend or ever falls in love, her attitude toward men is quietly being shaped by her father. Im one of many psychologists who believe that the dad and daughter relationship sets the stage for all future romantic involvements.

God's Word completes the riddle: "Jesus, I want to know You..."

The Daily Pulse (Wednesday, July 24, 2013): I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead. Philippians 3:10-11 (NIV)

The Myth of Fame and Fortune

Society's fascination with Hollywood and celebrities has just gone a little crazy. Millions idolize those who have achieved fame and fortune, but stardom does not provide the satisfaction that it advertises. Marilyn Monroe could have told us that. Consider the celebrity of Muhammad Ali in his prime. He was known around the world as "the man who couldn't be beaten."

Loving Toughness

Whether you need to heal a troubled marriage or maintain a healthy relationship, my recommendation is an attitude called "loving toughness." The best way to keep a marriage healthy is to maintain a system of mutual accountability within the context of love. In other words, to carefully protect "the line of respect between a husband and wife."
